My name is John Partridge & I have been making hand-made wooden boxes for seven years from my workshop
in Norwich.
I pride myself on the quality of each box & the pattenation of the wood making each box
unique.
I started by selling boxes at Craft Fairs in Norfolk & although fairly succesful, it was more valuable
to me to get feedback from visitors about my boxes.
I then started my website five years ago & sold directly
to the public using a secure payment processing website.
I have now changed my marketing strategy & sell only through Paypal as
I consider that buyers have to have full confidence in what they are buying & where their payment details are
stored.

Delivery
All boxes are sent by standard parcel post, which takes three to five working days
from despatch. If more urgently required, they can be sent by 24 or 48 hour delivery at an extra cost. All prices shown on
the website include standard delivery to mainland UK.
(an extra charge of £10 is payable for delivery to ROI. For
Worldwide delivery please e-mail me for a quotation).
Returns policy
All boxes are sent by
Royal Mail & are securely packaged against breakage. If on receipt you are unhappy with the condition of the box please
contact me to arrange a replacement.
I also operate a return of goods policy if you are unhappy with the quality of your
order. In this event contact should be by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Privacy
Policy Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the
user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. No Financial
information is held on this website as all orders are processed through Paypal. You are not required to log into
the website to place orders, so no private data is held on this website or used for marketing purposes.
Payment details
Payment is made through Paypal, who hold any financial details. If prefered, orders
can be paid for by cheque. Please make cheques payable to "J.Partridge" & posted to the address shown on the
