All boxes are sent by Royal Mail parcel service & are securely packaged against breakage. If on receipt you are unhappy with the condition of the box please contact us either by e-mail or telephone (01603 464825) to arrange a replacement.
We also operate a return of goods policy if you are unhappy with the quality of the jewellery box. In this event again initial contact should be by e-mail or telephone.
